Itinerary

DAY 1:  MONTRÉAL

Arrive in Montréal, Canada’s second-largest city. Take the rest of the day to relax or to begin exploring this vibrant city.

DAYS 2 & 3:  MONTRÉAL

Enjoy two full days in sophisticated Montréal. On one day during your stay, enjoy an included CITY TOUR that takes in over 200 points of interest, with a photo stop at Notre Dame Basilica, St. Joseph’s Oratory, Olympic Park, and Mount Royal for a panoramic view of the city. You’ll also see Montréal’s Old Port, Chinatown, McGill University, City Hall, and much more.

DAY 4: MONTRÉAL

Another day to take in the sights of this vibrant city. Maybe take a break from the city’s hustle and bustle with a relaxing cruise on the St. Lawrence River, discover one of its neighborhoods with a guided bike tour, or enjoy dinner in a charming restaurant in the Old Town. Your Local Host will have suggestions for shopping, dining, and additional sightseeing.

DAY 5: MONTRÉAL–QUÉBEC CITY

Today, travel by VIA RAIL (coach class) to Québec City, the only walled city in Canada and the only urban area in North America that is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The remainder of the day is yours to relax or to begin exploring this 400-year-old city.

DAYS 6 & 7: QUÉBEC CITY

Two full days at leisure to discover Québec City and its surroundings. On one day during your stay, enjoy an included CITY TOUR covering points of interest featuring the world-famous Château Frontenac, City Hall, the National Assembly, Battlefields Park, La Citadelle, and Place Royale—the oldest part of Québec City.
